About timelines, lead times, and real-world logistics

One important thing to know: the online builder does not calculate timelines or parts lead times. It’s a powerful vision and pricing tool, but it doesn’t know if a specific cassette or wheel is in our Brooklyn store, in another warehouse, or needs to be special ordered.

After you place your order, an RA Custom Studios consultant will reach out by email or phone. At that point we’ll also review timelines to source every component and to professionally assemble the bike.
